P V Ravindra Kumar (PVRK), Chief Executive Officer
P V Ravindra Kumar brings over 25 years of experience in executing highly complex and large scale projects related to core and urban infrastructure in industrial, commercial and residential verticals. He has a wide-ranging experience in all the key domains of real estate development including land acquisition, project conception and design, construction and sales & marketing. Over the past 10 years, he has successfully conceived, managed, built and sold 7 residential ‘Affordable Housing’ projects in South India. In his career, he has overseen projects with investments ranging over US$ 2 Billion.
Before joining Vasathi, he has successfully managed design & construction of petrochemical plants, fertilizer plants, power plant equipment, cooling towers and water treatment plants.
Prior to taking over the role as CEO of Vasathi Housing Ltd., PVRK was associated with globally reputed companies such as Flour Daniel, Mac Met and Coromandel Fertilizers in both India and the Middle East.
PVRK has a Master’s degree in Engineering. In his spare time, he enjoys reading books on strategies. |

Alisetti Paramesh, Chief Financial Officer
Paramesh brings nearly 14 years of finance, accounts and planning experience in wide range of sectors such as construction, building materials, pharmaceuticals and beverages. He has deep expertise in financial & cost accounting, financial analysis & reporting, business planning, and treasury & funds management. Prior to joining Vasathi, Paramesh was associated with renowned companies such as Coca-Cola, Intervet, Dr. Reddy’s Laboratories, and Robo Silicon Ltd.
As a Deputy General Manager – Finance, Robo Silicon Ltd., he was instrumental in preparing the annual business plan, played a key role in establishing the budgetary control and was the lead in working closely with private equity investors.
Paramesh holds an AICWA from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India, Kolkata and has completed an Executive Program in Business Management (EPBM) from IIM, Kolkata. In his spare time, he enjoys reading books and listening to music. |

Vamsi Krishna. M (MVK), Deputy General Manager – Design & Engineering
With over 16 years of diversified experience in the fields of civil / structural engineering consulting and project management, Vamsi is one of the sturdy pillars in the organization. He has gained significant experience in the domains of structural designing, quality checking and Project Management. He has managed diverse projects such as software parks, multi-storied residential buildings, large-scale and integrated townships, shopping malls, complex industrial and pre-cast structures.
Prior to taking over the role as DGM – Design & Engineering, MVK was associated with renowned companies such as Maytas, Jurong consultants and SVPCL. He has also worked in the Kingdom of Bahrain where he gained valuable experience in implementation of world class quality practices and precast construction technologies. He has successfully completed number of flagship projects for major clients including L&T, Phoenix, Reliance Infra, Aliens, Maytas Infra, AP Tourism, AP Medical & Health and Singareni Collieries.
Vamsi is a Post Graduate in Civil Engineering, and is an Empanelled Structural Engineer for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. He is also a member of The Institution of Engineers (India), certified Chartered Civil Engineer and a member of Institution of Valuers (India). He likes to spend his spare time watching current affair programs and surfing news channels. He especially enjoys listening to old songs. |

G Srinivasa Rao (GSR), Deputy General Manager – HR
G Srinivasa Rao brings over 15 years of experience in HR, in the spheres of IT/real estate and pharmaceutical like HCL, CMC, CSC, PBEL, Aurobindo. His core expertise lies in managing the entire gamut of HR operations and successfully setting-up and implementing various HR processes including recruitment, selection, performance management system, conduct & behavior management, organizational design & development, training & development, etc .
Prior to joining Vasathi, GSR was associated with well-known companies including Aurobindo Pharma, PBEL, CSC, CMC and HCL.
GSR has a proven track record in establishing next generation HR systems and processes at several global companies.
He has completed his Master’s from Symbiosis, with specialization in HRM. He holds a post graduate degree (with specialization in Public Personnel Management) from Osmania University. In his spare time, he enjoys listening to old melodies and reading articles on management. |
