Position Overview :

Execution of all construction activities as per drawing and schedule

C. Experience and Qualifications : B.Tech(civil) freshers or 2 years experienced with above 60% or diploma with atleast 6 years experience

Position Overview :

To plan, strategize & help execute various growth plans

Position : MEP Engineer

Position Overview/ Key Responsibilities:

	Overall MEP coordination Execution and Maintenance of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Security, Safety Systems and Fire Fighting for the High rise residential project.
	Provide inputs/feedback to the Design team in finalizing the designs.
	Review the justification of the services placements and specifications and highlight irregularities.
	Co-ordination and liaison with Architects, Consultants, Contractors and Engineers with regard to work execution.
	Ensuring safe practices in operations & maintenance.
	Monitor the progress of the work at the site or office on an ongoing basis.
	Assist in appropriate vendor selection and contracting for the services contract.

Education : Graduate in Engineering. Mechanical or Electrical

Experience : 3 – 5 years of experience in MEP

Must have handled Multi storied residential, high rise building projects

Job Location : Hyderabad

Position: Site Supervisor

Position Overview/ Key Responsibilities:

	Working with the Site Engineer to ensure timely completion of the project
	Ensure quality and time optimization with complete focus on project schedules and timelines
	Complete supervision of work from Footing Layout, Masonry works, Shuttering, bar bending, etc , till completion and handing over of the allotted tower or building
	Machine, contract labor and manpower supervision

Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience : 3 – 5 years of Experience in Multi storied, high rise buildings

Must have experience in residential buildings

Job Location : Hyderabad

Position: Quality Assurance and Quality Control

Position Overview/ Key Responsibilities:

	Working with the Site Engineer to ensure set standard of quality are maintained in the construction.
	Supporting the Conducting various test of material at project site laboratories
	Certifying the compliances as per IS codes.
	Complete control with respect to Quality Assurance and Quality Control of the construction activities at the site.
	Supervise safety compliances at the site.

Education : B Tech in Civil Engineering

Experience : 3-5 years of relevant experience in QA and QC multi storied residential projects.

Certifications in Construction Quality preferred.

Job Location : Hyderabad

Position: Quantity Surveyor

Position Overview/ Key Responsibilities:

	Candidate should have good measurement skills Should have good understanding of billing.
	Should be perfect in calculating projected Vs actual and do variance analysis.
	Calculating actual quantities, Maintaining records and Stock taking
	Sound expertise in quantity surveying & bill checking.

Education : Candidate must be a BE/BTech/Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience : 3-5 years of experience in Quantity Surveying

Worked with Residential high rise projects
