Vasathi Housing was set up in 2009 with a vision to establish itself as one of the key players in real estate segment in Southern India. Since our inception, our effort has been to understand the customer’s need and cater to their requirement. Based on this strong customer focused philosophy, our strategic decisions have been driven by the demand and supply gap that exists in the current real estate market. Our research over the past revealed a serious discontent that exists amongst the home buyer regarding delay in project delivery that results in financial impact for the customer. This insight has inspired us to innovate by assessing and deploying next generation construction techniques, technologies and building materials to make our delivery model strong, efficient and on schedule.
Our insightful and sensitive approach towards our customer also extends towards people, communities and the environment that we operate in. We are aware of our environmental responsibilities and we constantly apply measures to improve performance across key metrics such as energy saving, water efficiency, CO2 emission reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and stewardship of resources. Our CSR plan focuses on various aspects affecting the welfare of our labour force and covers issues such as education, hygiene, safety and health. Within a short span of time Vasathi Housing has already launched three projects in Hyderabad and Bengaluru. With its first project nearing completion in December, we are poised to become one of the fastest growing real estate developers in South India. We are confident that we will emerge as an industry leader through our sharp focus on customer needs and by offering maximum value to their investments. As an organization, we intend to go from strength to strength and deliver value to our stakeholders.
